When it comes to fast sellers, don't justify, don't emotionalize, just order!WHY? Too many jewelers feel every inventory purchase needs to be justified based on their perception of current demand in the market. That fact a style sold quickly is reason enough to buy it again. These are the products that do the heavy lifting in your store, they should pick themselves.
HOW? A good reporting system should tell you which items were fast sellers and make it easy to identify what needs to be bought again. If you can't trust yourself to follow what your data is telling you, give the job to someone else.
